Written about in

If it is boots rather than trainersNo tie shoelaces, not one gives a length and five need a flameThe one listing on this page aimed at boots, which it says in its second photograph rather than in its title, shown on an eyelet heavy leather boot. A spring lock device, a solid tight weave and metal ends. Boots are exactly where these earn their keep, because a boot is the thing nobody wants to re lace, and they are also where lace length varies most, so the fact that you cut these to fit matters more here than anywhere. Its instructions end with ironing the cut ends. Twelve no tie elastic shoelaces. Every one is sold on never having to tie a bow again, not one title says how long the lace is, and five of the twelve finish with a lighter or an iron in their own installation pictures. The length, the lock and the fact that you cut them to fit are all in the photographs. Published 22 Sept 2026
