PickTrove is operated by Khizar Hayat, a sole trader. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What this site is
Independent editorial opinion about products sold elsewhere. PickTrove does not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, or ship goods. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer.
Accuracy
I take care to get things right and date every price, but products, prices, availability and sellers change constantly. Always check the retailer's own page before buying. If you spot something wrong, tell me and I will correct it.
Orders, delivery and returns
Nothing to do with me. Delivery times, customs charges, faulty goods, refunds and disputes are all handled by the retailer under their terms. PickTrove cannot cancel, refund, or chase an order.

Words, photographs and design on this site belong to PickTrove. Quote a sentence or two with a link back if you like; do not republish whole articles. Product images belong to their respective sellers and are used to identify the products discussed.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of what you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
