The price record

in pounds, my own readings

The record starts with the first reading I took: £0.61 on 4 Oct 2026. After that a point goes on only when a reading comes in 5% or more away from the one before it, and no reading since has been that far, so this fills in by itself the day the price moves. Nothing is missing.

Written about in

The biggest, for thick and long hairClaw clips, fifteen say large and one sold for thick hair is 3.5cmAn open rectangle measured at 13cm, give or take half a centimetre, in its own photograph, which matches the 5 inches on its title, sold in matte colours for thick and long hair. It is the one to buy if a 10cm clip will not close over your twist. Its photographs show it holding a full twist of long hair, and it is among the cheapest here. Seventeen hair claw clips from one search and the order export, in about five shapes: the plain matte claw, loops and bows, flat clips you can lean back on, novelty shapes and fabric flowers. Fifteen titles say large, big or jumbo. Ten listings give a size somewhere, nearly all of them in a photograph, and the sizes run from 3.5cm to 13cm. One titled large and for thick hair measures 3.5cm in its own picture, and two of the seventeen are not claw clips at all. Published 4 Oct 2026
